3 Men Lynched by an Angry Mob in Palghar, Maharastra. Suspected them to be thieves.

Our whole country entered a new phase of Locdown, all of its citizens are trying to break the chain together(ignore the odds) and we are even performing well compared to other countries(well, comparison should not be done but we can’t avoid the truth). Still we hear some news which either terrifies us or break us from within. But we have to stay strong and accept the truth and try to act against it for our own good.
A dreadful incident has come up and it has the capacity to give us chills. This incident as I would say one of the deadliest results of Fake News falling into the hands of illiterate crowd.
Here how it goes or most probably what sources heard of.
·        On April 16, a group of villagers in Palghar district of Maharashtra dragged out three men out of their car and beat them to death on suspicion that they were thieves. The attack on the three took place amid a nationwide lockdown(This is how some people try to break our confidence, try to shatter our faith of achieving something).

·        A police official said villagers stopped the vehicle on the Dhabadi-Khanvel road near village Gadchinchale when the three were on their way to Surat to attend a funeral. The locals then pulled out of the three from their car and attacked them with stones and other objects on suspicion that they were thieves. The three were identified as Chikne Maharaj Kalpavrukshagiri (70), Sushilgiri Maharaj (35) and their car driver Nilesh Telgade (30).

·        A senior official was quoted as saying that an initial response team of the police could not save the three as the force was heavily outnumbered and the victims were beaten up even inside the police vehicle. The police official said more than 100 people were detained by the police for their involvement in the crime(This is indeed a heinous crime committed by a group of people depending on a mere suspiscion).

Now the question arises, were some of the policemen involved in it too? We can’t say anything because our faith in our POLICE FORCE is very strong and we know that the policemen are our saviors and their very first duty is to protect us.

·        Two policemen were also suspended for alleged negligence of their duty.

·        Ministry of Home Affairs on Monday sought a report from the Maharashtra government over the Palghar mob lynching incident. Earlier in the day, Union Home Minister Amit Shah spoke with Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray over the gruesome incident, the video of which has gone viral on social media.

Some even deem this incident to be "Communal". No on knows! Can't say anything much really.
